How We Export

A Seamless Export Process

From initial enquiry to delivery at destination port, our export process is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and reliable for our international partners.

01

Enquiry & Programme Planning

We work with buyers to understand their volume requirements, preferred varieties, sizing specifications, and delivery schedule — building a tailored supply programme for the season.

02

Harvesting & Post-Harvest Handling

Produce is harvested at optimal maturity and handled with care from the field. Post-harvest treatments and pre-cooling begin immediately to preserve freshness and extend shelf life.

03

Sorting, Grading & Packing

At our packing houses, produce is sorted and graded to specification on modern automated lines. Packing is carried out to buyer requirements — carton type, weight, labelling, and branding.

04

Quality Inspection & Certification

Every shipment undergoes internal quality checks and third-party phytosanitary inspection. All required export certificates, health certificates, and documentation are prepared and verified.

05

Cold Chain Logistics & Shipment

Produce is loaded into refrigerated containers under controlled temperature conditions and dispatched to the destination port. We coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.
